Seven, use methods and precautions
Due to the different nature of raw water, it should be debugged on site or beaker tested according to different conditions to obtain suitable conditions of use and suitable dosage to achieve good treatment results.
1. Before use, put the product into a solvent bath at a certain concentration (10-30%), mix it with tap water to fully hydrolyze it, let it stand until it is reddish brown liquid, then dilute with water to the desired concentration and add coagulation. . The water plant can also be directly dosed with 2-5%, and the industrial wastewater treatment is directly formulated into 5-10%.
2, the determination of dosage, according to the nature of raw water can be determined by production commissioning or beaker experiment depending on the amount of sputum flower formation, the water plant can use the other amount of the original as a reference, under the same conditions, the product and solid polymerization chlorination The amount of aluminum is roughly equivalent, which is 1/3-1/4 of the amount of solid aluminum sulfate. If the original product is a liquid product, it can be calculated according to the corresponding drug concentration. It is roughly based on a weight ratio of 1:3.
3. When using, the above prepared chemical liquid is pumped into the measuring tank, and coagulated with the raw water by the metering dosing liquid.
4. Under normal circumstances, it will be used on the day of preparation. The dispensing requires tap water. A slight sediment is normal.
 
Eight, polyaluminium chloride iron coagulation process
The hydraulic conditions of the three stages of the polymerization of aluminum chloride iron and the formation of silk flowers.
1. Condensation stage: It is a process in which the chemical liquid is injected into the coagulation tank and rapidly coagulated with the raw water to form a fine sputum flower in a very short time. At this time, the water body becomes more turbid, and it requires the water flow to generate intense turbulence. In the beaker experiment, it should be stirred quickly (250-300 rpm) for 10-30 seconds, generally no more than 2 minutes.
2. Flocculation stage: It is the process of thickening and growing of silk flower, which requires proper turbulence and sufficient residence time (10-15min). Later, it can be observed that a large number of scented flowers gather slowly and form a clear layer. The beaker experiment was first stirred at 150 rpm for about 6 minutes and then stirred at 60 rpm for about 4 minutes until it was in suspension.
3. Settlement stage: It is the flocculation sedimentation process carried out in the sedimentation tank, which requires slow water flow. In order to improve the efficiency, the inclined tube (plate type) sedimentation tank is generally used (the floc can be separated by air floatation method), and a large number of coarse alfalfa flowers are used. It is blocked by the inclined tube (plate) wall and deposited on the bottom of the pool. The upper layer of water is clarified water. The remaining small diameter and small density of the scented flowers slowly descend, and continue to collide with each other, and the remaining turbidity is basically not change. The beaker experiment should be stirred slowly for 20 minutes at 20-30 rpm, and then allowed to stand for another 10 minutes to measure the turbidity.
4. Intensified filtration, mainly to rationally select the filter layer structure and filter aid to improve the removal rate of the filter, which is an important measure to improve water quality.
5. This product is applied to the treatment of environmental protection and industrial wastewater. The method of use is basically the same as that of the water plant. The raw water treatment of high chroma, high COD and BOD is supplemented with additives.
