Because the molecular chain contains a certain number of polar groups, it can accelerate the particles in the suspension by adsorbing suspended solid particles in water, bridging the particles or neutralizing the particles to form large flocs by charge neutralization. The sedimentation has a very obvious effect of accelerating the clarification of the solution and promoting filtration.
 
Application of ultra high viscosity anionic polyacrylamide
 
The molecular structure and water-soluble ratio of polyacrylamide products, ultra-high viscosity anionic polyacrylamide molecular weight from 6 million to 25 million water solubility, can be dissolved in water in any proportion and insoluble in organic solvents. The effective pH range is from 7 to 14, which is characterized by a high polymer electrolyte in a neutral alkaline medium, sensitive to a salt electrolyte, and crosslinkable with a high-valent metal ion to form an insoluble gel. The most important thing is the appearance of white powder particles, which have many properties such as flocculation, thickening, shear resistance, etc., soluble in water and almost insoluble in organic solvents.
 
How to use ultra-high viscosity anionic polyacrylamide:
 
First of all, when using, firstly, a 0.1% aqueous solution should be prepared, and water with neutral salt-free impurities should be used. Then, when it is dissolved, the ultra-high viscosity polyacrylamide product is evenly dispersed. Then stir in the water, note that this time must pay attention to the control of the stirring speed, the general speed control is optimal at 100-300rpm, then appropriate heating (<60 °c), which can accelerate the dissolution of the product to the maximum. Turn. After that, the PH value of the treated liquid needs to be adjusted to make the series fully function. When the anionic polyacrylamide product solution is added, the mixing with the treated liquid should be accelerated, and after the flocculation occurs, the stirring speed is slowed down to facilitate the flocculation.
