In general, there are very large differences in the use of different ionic polyacrylamides. Among them, the polyacrylamide ion types that we often use are mainly anionic, cationic and nonionic. Below, let us briefly introduce the differences in the use of different ionic polyacrylamides.

1. Anionic polyacrylamide:

1. For the sewage sedimentation, the recommended concentration is 0.1%.
2. Firstly, the polyacrylamide is uniformly sprinkled in tap water, and the medium-speed stirring is carried out at 40-60 minutes to fully dissolve the polymer in water before being used.
3. During the experiment, take 100ml of wastewater, add 10% polyacrylamide solution, and slowly stir. Slowly add polyacrylamide solution with syringe, 0.5ml each time. According to the size of the flower and the tightness of the floc, the supernatant The liquid is cleaned, the sedimentation rate, the dosage, and the like are used to determine a suitable agent.
4. It is suitable for steel, chemical fiber, printing and dyeing, electroplating, hydrometallurgy, and can also be used as a thickener in building glue factories and paint factories, and as a dispersant in paper mills. The amount of dry powder added to the wastewater is 5-10g.

Second, cationic polyacrylamide:

1. For sludge dewatering, the polyacrylamide is recommended to be 0.2% in concentration and 50 minutes in mixing time.
2. During the experiment, take 100ml of wastewater, slowly add the polyacrylamide solution by syringe, about 0.5ml each time, according to the size of the flower and the tightness of the floc, the clarity of the supernatant, the sedimentation speed, the dosage, etc. To determine the right agent.
3. Cationic polyacrylamide is suitable for pharmaceutical factories, tanneries, printing and dyeing sludge, chemical sludge, paper mills, sewage treatment plants, etc. The amount of dry powder added to wastewater is 10-20g.

Third, non-ionic polyacrylamide:
For the air floatation process, the recommended concentration is 0.1%, the same as the anion, and the stirring time is 90 minutes.
